[Gift] So the stars say... (Traveling on Starshine chapter 3)

"So the planet is called Pleiades..." Duskie mumbled at the sign, trying to memorize it. "The island is Anstar, this is Dioscenus, we're on Pleiades..." He mumbled, clearly going to forget where in Dioscenus he was. "Alrighty!" Duskie smiled. "I think I've memorized where I am now!" Duskie then hopped, floated, and spun around in the sky.

"Hiiiiii!" A white- whatever Duskie was- smiled. "My name's Aster!"

"Hi Aster!" Duskie greeted back, spinning around. "I'm Duskie!"

"Duskie, ask what you are-"

"What am I, by the way?"

"Oh!" Aster blepped. "We're Luminites! We're made out of dead stars!"

"I'm the ghost of a star?!" Duskie yelled, floating away into the distance.

"Huh." Aster blinked. "That was odd." He then went back to chewing on a stick.

"Bonkies!" Duskie bonked into another, ash-colored, Luminite, and then did a backflip and landed on his feet.

The Luminite stared. "Name's Crux." He spoke. "And if you know better, you won't mess with me anymore, pipsqueak."

"Well, uh, uh, I, I'm-" Duskie stammered.

"-I'm the Lord Of Darkness!"

That wasn't his voice. That was-

You can do that, Odio?!

"Such is our power, Duskfall."

"... 'Lord Of Darkness'?" Crux cocked his head.

"Yes." Duskie- No, Odio, he was Odio- said. "I am Odio, the Demon King of Hatred himself, and even in this vessel away from my subjects I am still royalty."

"Well, all of your 'Lord Of Darkness' and 'King Of Hatred' crap doesn't matter here." Crux spat. "Here on Pleiades, we don't have a monarchy, jackass. We have a government. And I don't remember you being an option here when we voted."

"And does it use their fellow Luminites to awaken sleeping gods?" Odio spoke. "Does it rip son from father, melt mind into material? One of my incarnations was awakened by this thing of the future called a 'government', after all."

"How should I know?!" Crux yelled. "This isn't a talk about government, it's a talk about how I'm better and cooler than you!"

"But have you ever ruled?" Odio glared. "Have you ever-"

"I have a whole gang behind me!" Crux yelled. "And a boyfriend, as well. I'm the gayest fucking bitch here, and you can't fucking do shit about it!"

"And in another world, I would have two lovers." Odio spoke, making stuff up that was surprisingly true. "And one would be both woman and man-"

"And in this world?" Crux asked. "A king outside his kingdom is nothing! He-"

"Cruxxxxx!" Aster yelled, running up to him and nuzzling him. "Are you bothering random people and saying that you're better than them again?" Aster then noticed Odio. "Hi, Duskie!"

Odio cringed.

"... Duskie?" Crux looked from Aster to Odio. "... You said your name was Odio... Which name is true? Are you Duskie or Odio?"

"I am Odio." He spoke. "But Duskfall may return again." Leaving the two confused, he jumped off and flew away in the sky.

Duskie spun around up in the sky, going from the blue sky to the black sky, aiming to eat some of the sky rocks.

"Rocks! Rocks! I love eating rocks!" Duskie sung. "I don't remember how talking to Crux went other than Odio did the most of it~!"

Duskie then spotted a sky rock and swam after it.

"Duskie Dusker Attack!" He yelled, before opening his mouth wide and taking a big CHOMP of the rock.

"Kid, what the fuck?" A black and grey Luminite wearing a white cap with horns of antimatter.

"Hi!!!" Duskie smiled. "What's your name?!"

"Auburn." He answered, and then flew off.

Duskie went back to rock-eating.

Duskie had found a plushie in space, and was currently floating back to Pleiades with it in his paws when he realized something.

"I DON'T HAVE A HOUSE!" Duskie yelled, alone (except for the two guys in his head) in space.
