Sunshine

At first it was a rough landing onto a world full of life. My paws press against the previously untouched grass. All I can do is look up at the celestial object in the sky beaming down on the world. A peculiar green fox watches my movements as I rest my body against a rock. She quietly requests I help push the swing, yet I decline. I am tired from my travels. She continues to watch before a light smile crosses her lips. Together we sat for hours, she watched me as I recovered from the fall. Eventually, her tail puffs up as she declares to me her name is Leaf. I return saying mine was Reimi.
