THE ANNI CHAPTER (Traveling On Starshine chapter 4)

Once upon a time, a cream and white Luminite hopped over to the GREAT ANNIHILATOR (Anni for short)

"So you're the GREAT ANNIHILATOR, right!?" He asked. "And you're half angel, half demon, half awesome, and half Luminite, right?!"

"Of course!" Anni answered with a grin. "I am the most powerful being on this planet!"

"More powerful than Odio, who could blow up the timeline at any time if he was pissed enough to?" The other Luminite asked.

"Of course!" Anni said, unable to admit that he's not actually all powerful.

"WOW! My name's Duskie!" Duskie yelled. "And the star that I'm the unbreathing ghost of had a demon's soul in it so now Odio's in my head and I'm a demonic Luminite! There's also this other guy named Knight that's something called a 'human' but that's probably not important." He looked at Anni with puppy dog eyes. "Can you teach me about being a Luminite and demonic at the same time?!"

"Of course!" Anni boasted. "Just go walk away for a bit as I prepare myself for my mighty mentoring, Duskie!"

Duskie trotted off, and when he felt like Duskie was far away enough, Anni screamed from the weight of agreeing to tutor an actual fucking demonic Luminite.

Duskie ran back. "Are you ok, Anni?!"

"I was just preparing my demonic mentoring cry!" Yelled Anni, deciding to bullshit to deal with the fact that he has no idea what to fucking do. 

"WOW!!!" Duskie yelled. "That's so cool!"

"So what's your awesome half from?" Duskie floated around, demonic stardust trailing behind him.

"It's because I was born from the AWESOME STAR." Anni boasted.

"Whoa!" Duskie spun around as he spoke. "I wonder what star I was born from..."

Man, this 'demon mentoring' shit was easy!

"Anyways, should I worry about accidentally blowing up the timeline if I get too upset?" Duskie asked.

"Nope!" Anni answered, and hoped he was right.

"You misled Duskfall."

"Wha?-" Anni then remembered the 'demon in Duskie's head' part. "NOPE! I AM THE GREAT ANNIHILATOR AND I DO NOT LIE TO MY FELLOW DEMONS" 

Odio was not convinced. "You spoke of power exceeding my own." He said, eyeing Anni. "Surely you are a conman that fibs and misleads. I doubt such an 'AWESOME STAR' even exists."

"You can't prove there ISN'T one!" Anni yelled. "You may be a full demon, but I, the GREAT ANNIHILATOR, half demon, half angel, half awesome, and half Luminite, am greater than you!"

"Pathetic ghost." Odio spat. "You are no creature of four halves. While I am the Lord Of Darkness and Demon King Of Hatred, the demon with seven incarnations, this corpse body merely a vessel, you are merely-"

"THE GREAT ANNIHILATOR!" Anni interrupted. "Everyone here knows my name and acknowledges my greatness! What's a king and a lord to a planet who's never heard his name? I could crush all of your incarnations with a single thought!" Anni didn't know what an 'incarnation' was, but figured it was something crushable.

"Could you?" Odio raised a furry eyebrow. "It took seven great heroes to defeat me. I doubt you could ever match up to the Wanderer or the heroes he led." He floated closer to Anni. "You could not even take on that pathetic Outsider if you tried with your whole might." Odio whispered.

"If you're so strong, kill me on the spot!" Anni dared. "Annihilate the GREAT ANNIHILATOR!"

"I don't entertain fools who wish for death." Odio spoke. "I could annihilate this planet and every creature on it if I wished." He grinned. "But as long as Duskfall is unharmed..."

"What kind of bad guy are you if you're too hesitant to kill a planet?!" Anni yelled. "I'll stop you if you ever tried!"

"Stop me?" Odio asked. "There is yet one way..." He spoke. "... Do you know what drove me this way?" He didn't wait for a response. "The follies of man. The cruelty they showed to their fellow humans. Such is how I, Odio, was born..." Anni could notice the faintest glint of a tear in Odio's uncovered eye. "... Treat Duskfall with kindness, and this planet will be spared. But if he faces the same hardships- betrayal, isolation, heartbreak..." He let the rest go unsaid.

"Such things may happen in other planets," Anni yelled, full of new resolve. "But Duskie won't be tossed to the side! As the GREAT ANNIHILATOR, and the KING OF AWESOME, I am greater than you and I WILL prevent your evil dastardly plans to blow up our beautiful planet!" Anni continued, misunderstanding some elements of Odio's speech.

"As the Lord Of Darkness and King Of Demons, I cannot await to see your attempt." Odio smiled. "... And if you do not raise a paw..."

"I will." Anni smirked. "I won't let this planet or Duskie down!"

After that entire thing, Anni went home, laid muzzle-down on the floor, and screamed.

Then, Duskie knocked on the door. "Anni, how do I get a house?"

Anni stopped screaming, got up, and answered the door. "I'll show you."

While he and Anni were making his house, Duskie asked Anni a question. "Did Odio scare you?"

"N-Nope! Not at all!" Anni sweatdropped. "I'm not scared of evildoers like-"

"He's not evil!" Duskie yelled "He'll only blow up the planet if I end up alone and betrayed with nobody to love or care about me! You won't let me end up like that, so..."

Anni blinked. "So... Odio doesn't have a plan that requires your misery?"

"I'm pretty sure any one of the three of could blow this place up if we wanted to really badly." Duskie responded. "But I don't, Odio doesn't, and Knight doesn't want to either, so Pleiades is safe for the time being!" Duskie blinked. "... He just asked why you think he's such an idiot to tell you how to foil his evil plans, which is what villains who want their plans to succeed typically... don't do. Unless they're idiots like me- hey!"

Anni facepawed at himself.
